COURSES TO DO TO BECOME MARINE ENGINEER AFTER FINISHING MECHANICAL ENGINEERING:-

1.GME COURSE

GME course stands for Graduate Marine Engineering. For B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering Graduates, this is the perfect bridging program to acquire Technical skills related to Marine Engineering. The duration of this course is 1 year, which is less than what was in the case of M.E./M.Tech. course.When it comes to Admission process, in case of some Institutes, minimum marks criteria may exist. Generally, the minimum marks requirement is- 50% marks in final year of UG Degree program. Marks scored in English subject, during 12th schooling, may also be taken into account.
2.DIPLOMA IN MARINE ENGINEERING

3.LATERAL ENTRY  IN MARINE ENGINEERING

    I COMPLETED MY GME COURSE FROM (IMETA APPROVED COLLEGE) MEANS IT IS NOT APPROVED BY INDIAN GOV AND THE COURSE DURATION IS ONLY 4 MONTHS AND I GET INDIAN CDC
    SO WHAT I WANT TO KNOW AFTER COMPLETE BY 9 MONTHS SEA TIME... IS POSSOBLE TO ATTEND THE 4TH CLASS COC EXAM IN INDIA
